Program Coordinator – IEEE Challenge Sphere 2026
Serving on the national organizing committee for IEEE Challenge Sphere 2026, a flagship event by the IEEE Sri Lanka Section Student Activities Committee (SLSAC).
- Serving on the national organizing committee to lead program planning and session structures.
- Coordinating speaker alignments and SLSAC student activity leads across university branches.
- Managing participant outreach, agenda workflows, and event registration pipelines on a national scale.
Remote Marketing & Design Volunteer – IEEE Cloud Summit 2026 (Washington DC, USA)
Remote volunteer supporting marketing, design, and digital outreach for an international IEEE event.
- Designed digital marketing banners, promotional graphics, and speaker materials for global reach.
- Supported international PR distributions, email campaigns, and social media announcements.
- Collaborated remotely with the IEEE Washington DC Section team to ensure brand alignment.
Public Visibility Sub‑Committee Team Member
Handle Flyers, Communicate between IEEE PES Chapter of SLIIT and IEEE WIE Affinity group of SLIIT to manage Marketing and share flyers. Help in increase students engagements and outreach activities.
- Design visual flyers and marketing graphics for Student Branch initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-chapter PR communications between IEEE PES Chapter of SLIIT and IEEE WIE Affinity Group of SLIIT.
- Drive student engagement strategies and social media outreach to boost event attendance.
Student Branch Ambassador (Sri Lanka Regional) – ICPC
Served as the Student Branch Ambassador for SLIIT City Uni during the ICPC Sri Lanka Regional Contest 2025/26. Supported contestant coordination, communication flow, and event preparation activities in alignment with ICPC standards. Contributed to outreach efforts, participant guidance, and smooth contest operations for Sri Lanka’s first-ever ICPC Regional Contest.
- Represented SLIIT City Uni as Student Branch Ambassador for Sri Lanka’s inaugural ICPC Regional Contest.
- Coordinated contestant registrations, team communications, and delegate preparation in line with ICPC standards.
- Supported contest-day logistics, participant desk operations, and venue management.
Day Volunteer – IEEE Education Week 2026
Helped in Event day handling including guide students, organize the event, students registration.
- Handled event-day student registration and guest reception desks.
- Guided student attendees through track venues and speaker sessions.
- Assisted event managers with venue setup, slide flows, and schedule coordination.
Publicity Team Member – LeadSpring ’25
